Oksana Grigorieva has filed a domestic violence restraining order against Mel Gibson, claiming he was “extremely violent”.
The Russian pianist and mother of Mel’s daughter, Lucia, alleged that Mel committed domestic violence against her back in January, according to TMZ.
Mel also apparently requested a restraining order against Oksana to keep her from releasing specific information.
“In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held,” a source told TMZ
